Update on Resurfacing of Stillmeadows Drive

Here is the updated information regarding the upcoming road
maintenance on Stillmeadows Drive.

Resurfacing will be done on Wednesday, Sept. 21, '11. ALL vehicles will have to be removed from Stillmeadows Drive by 7:00am. Parking will be allowed in the courts from 7:00am until 5:00pm.

Both patching and resurfacing (alsphalt and gravel) will be done next
week from Wednesday, July 13, 2011 thru Friday, July 15, 2011.

County signs will go up on Monday, July 11, 2011.

Road Resurfacing - Stillmeadows Drive

All proposed work has been approved. This includes patching and
resurfacing of Stillmeadows Drive, repair of curbs and sidewalks, and
the installation of 12 handicap ramps.

The schedule of work has changed to perform ALL concrete work first.
The schedule is as follows:

Jun 25, 27, and 28: Concrete work (curbs, sidewalks, and handicap
ramps) . Areas marked in orange are slated for repair and/or
installation. Please note that Jun 25 is a Saturday. County will
install "NO PARKING" signs in advance of the repairs.

Community Cleanup dates - June 1 to June 3, 2011
Dumpsters will be available.

Parking:
You must have a parking sticker in order to park in the community courts.

Towing Company:

Trash Pick Up and Recycling:
Trash Pick up - Every Tuesday and Friday Morning
Please place your Trash out after 5pm on the day before pickup. Place your trash on the sidewalk in from of your unit.

Recycling Pick up - ONLY on Tuesday

Pool Info:
Pool will open on Memorial Day, May 30, 2011
Registration this Saturday, May 28, 2011. Owner must be up-to-date with their assessments.
